To initiate a return, please contact us at support@deweygear.com within 30 days of receiving your product for any issues with misprinted, damaged, or defective items.
For lost packages or claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
For cookie cutters, claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 180 days.
If you encounter any problems with your order, please submit a detailed problem report including
- Your order number
- Relevant photos to aid in resolving the issue.

In case of incorrect addresses, additional reshipment costs may apply.
